Primary Care Plan FAQs
Who is this plan for?
Our care plans are available for dogs and cats of all ages, including puppies, kittens, adults, and seniors. Designed to support your pet’s health at every life stage, these plans can be used for a variety of preventive care services and appointments at our hospital.
Is this pet insurance?
No. While pet insurance is designed to help cover unexpected accidents and illnesses, our care plan focuses on preventive and routine healthcare.
In addition to recommended wellness services, your plan includes an in-hospital credit that can be used toward eligible services such as dental care, sick visits, and diagnostics.
There are no breed, age, or pre-existing condition restrictions, making it an easy and accessible way to budget for your pet’s care through a convenient monthly payment.
What is PetCentric Health?
PetCentric Health works with veterinary hospitals to offer customized care plans that make it easier for pet parents to manage healthcare costs.
Each plan is designed by your veterinary team and built around the services they recommend to support your pet’s health throughout the year.
The goal is simple: provide a strong foundation of preventive care while making veterinary expenses more predictable and manageable.
What does a plan cover?
Our plans are designed to cover your pet’s routine preventive care needs, including the services your veterinarian recommends to help keep them healthy year-round.
Plans also include an in-hospital credit that can be applied toward additional care, such as dental cleanings, sick visits, diagnostic testing, and other eligible services.
Any unused in-hospital credit rolls over to the next plan year, giving you added flexibility and value.
