Ashley is a veterinary assistant with over ten years of experience caring for small and large animals, bringing a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to Highway 92 Animal Hospital. Originally from Athens, GA, she has developed a special expertise in anesthesia and surgical support. Her years of experience have given her the ability to anticipate a patient’s needs, comfort anxious pets, and support the veterinary team with precision and confidence. Outside of the clinic, Ashley is a casual gamer and Pokémon enthusiast. She shares her lively home with her loving husband, her young daughter, a few clever cats, and a very energetic dog - though she admits her tolerance for the dog’s antics is… selective. Ashley believes that veterinary care can be professional, compassionate, and most importantly, fun. Whether she’s prepping for surgery, managing a nervous patient, or explaining post-op care to a pet parent, she approaches every moment with a combination of expertise and a sense of humor. For Ashley, no two days are the same, and she thrives on the challenges, victories, and little quirks that come with veterinary medicine.
