Dr. Alexandra Lierman is from Indiana. She earned her B.S. from Hanover College and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Purdue University. After working at our sister hospital, Dr. Lierman joined the Highway 92 Animal Hospital team full-time in summer of 2025 and has become a beloved member due to her meticulous detail, breadth of knowledge, and innate talent working in veterinary medicine. 

Dr. Lierman is committed to providing compassionate care for every patient she treats and is passionate about continuing education, regularly seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge to better serve her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Lierman enjoys camping, hiking, biking, and traveling with her husband, who shares the name Alex! Dr. Lierman is dedicated to forming a lasting, trusting bond with both you and your pets, and is committed to supporting their health and happiness every step of the way.
