Fran enjoys welcoming our clients at the front desk and over the phone. Whether you are here for vet services, boarding,or grooming appointments, Fran strives to provide the best care to you and your pets.  She is also our rescue interface and general go-to front end coordinator.Fran is dedicated to being an empathetic and knowledgeable liaison between the pet parent and our wonderful medical team.Fran’s prior career was a Human Resources and Finance Manager at AT&T.   Most recently, she managed Reception at a veterinary hospital in New Jersey.Fran is passionate about animal rescue and her love for all dog breeds, big and small. One of her previous positions was managing the adoption center and kennel for Eleventh Hour Rescue in NJ.  She is currently an active volunteer with several animal rescue organizations, serving in various capacities.Forever a proud Mom of three grown children, as well as her 13 year old four-legged boy, Boo. Her heart is always with her 2 sweet granddaughters who reside in Georgia, her reason for moving here.
